even I don't want to give any star. I was booked 1 room for 2 women but there is no safety because locks of door and washroom was missing, there was only hole in place of locks. when I told them to refund atleast half of the amount, they denied by saying we will recieve money when you check out date was mentioned. you checked in so I will not refund any amount not change room. too pathetic service . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was not at all clean, tv remote was not working, AC remote was not there, both room and washroom were very dirty, handshower and general shower both has same opening tap, room door lock was broken. Only hotel staff was good, and food was fine too.
