The hotel is away from Naini Lake where there is lot of rush and commercial activities thus if you are without a vehicle, don't stay here. It does have a very peaceful and quiet feel to it and a good lawn to spend your morning but it is not worth spending a whole day as there are no other activity available for the day.

This was my 2nd time stay at balrampur house. Its situated away from the hassles of the mall road. Although the overall standards of this property have decreased a bit from a couple of years ago , still service and hospitility of the staff was par execellence. Rooms were good. Surroundings were as usual serene.

great hotel, awesome place to stay. the landscape was simply amazing. the old style arrangements was simply wow. the staff was really friendly polite and helpful. Mall road was also not far away and hotel provide free pick and drop service to the mall road as well. Had a lovely stay.

The best place to stay here in nainital. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond. Also, the rooms were fantastic. One would also enjoy the garden area in front. It is around couple of kilometres away from mall road, but they provide free drop and pick up for mall road.

Very nice property. We have taken Super Delux room. It was quite a royal experience. Food was very homely, tasty and made to order.staff was very courteous and service was quick. Ponds however could be more maintained.

This place was really awesome. We arrived there at Midnight. The Palace was really too much silent. Flowers at their premises were so beautiful that you will feel like to stay there only.
