it was no less than money invested for living inside trash can in literal sense.highly compact and claustrophobic rooms with no ventilation at all... humongous mosquitos every where to kill you .. unhygienic to the core. the place should be genuinely shut and reconstructed better. this place could genuinely give someone a health hazard some day.extremely dirty washrooms.ac was not working on top of that.didnt feel like using the washroom or to step down from the bed.will never return or recommend this place ever.i would require a complete refund of the stay. extremely disappointed and ruined my trip to goa.

Hi, we booked 2 room at this place for only one night. We didn't spend much time. But the experience was wonderful. Service is good. Owner of this place Mr. Victor was a good person and he's been very helpful too. This place had calm, beautiful and peaceful environment. Very close to Arambol beach. I wish we could have spent more time at this place. Do visit and experience the beauty of this place !

Hotel was under maintenance, so they tried to send us on their another property, which was very cheap. We insisted to stay at where we booked. Staff was very polite and good. No Food facility, only water. They shall not take booking, if they are under maintenance.

first of all they need some serious maintenance work in this property it's an old property with no maintenance no amenities not a single water bottle.. except location is good peaceful beautiful property hassle free and great .

Air conditioner is not working I was not stay there bcoz nothing is good there They are not prepared for rainy season. So wall damage, leakage, smells problems are there

it's worth for money.. the person victor is so good and humble.. cottages needs to improve lot property is good only the issue with maintenance apart from it all good..
