Location is good, just on main Gandhi Chowk but one BIG negative point, No parking. we paid 480/- for two days parking (₹ 240 for 24 hours). staff is cooperative, helpful. This hotel is newly renovated, rooms are big, TV, hot water etc are available. Balcony is the main attraction to get sun shine early in the morning but beware of Monkeys. Mall road is just on the side of hotel. Mall road market is too small & too expensive. Khajjiar is 22 KM from hotel and road are too narrow and high time bad, only trained can make out, stupid drivers pls do not take chance driving Khajjiar, I advice better hire a Taxi. I am giving 4 star only not 5 because of parking issue, rest all is good. Guys, this is hotel, do not expect everything as in your home... I wish you all have a good time here.

1- All the essential facilities as market medical, travel covence are around the hotel. 2- courtyard of the hotel is sufficient to feel the weather. Except above some drawbacks have been noticed also as 1- there are no facilities of intercom and when we need assist of hotel staff member , we ourselves have to go to the office 2- roof of the room sounds much when one moves on it and it disturbs 3 - courtyard of the hotel may adorned in some natural way to increase attraction. .. 5- facilities of WiFi is not proper inside the room, actually range does not come inside the room.

Hotel provides his own restaurant worker rooms to us for stay in full night when I said we don't want to this room. I booked Deluxe room then hotel manager said to us you directly call ... you can go anywhere but I don't provide to you any other rooms coz all are already sold out. if u want to stay you can join us I have a worker room. you stay here. that time around 10 PM. I have no any options in Dalhousie and weather was so cool. so, I have stay there in Third class room with ladies. and checkout early morning and come back to Delhi. there was very worst experience ...

Pros - Perfect location Big rooms Easily located to all the markets Good food a few steps from hotel Manager is a nice person Low price, you won't get this price at any other hotel. Cons:- No room services available, need to go to the office everytym. Flies inside the room Smell in the bed A huge sound strikes when someone on the upper floor walks Overall a good hotel to live only, for food or anything u can just walk 50metres and cn hv anything u want.

Located in a prime location. Excellent hospitality. Staff is quite friendly. Rooms are spacious and neat. Spent two evening here. Loved my stay at this hotel.

Hotel Entry steps too high for senior citizens. Doors of rooms need repair. Light inside rooms to be increased.
