kabi bhul k b dianond hotel matt book krwana staff is cheater ....good rooms are spared for favorite customer when i reached hotel they have shown me dirty room when i asked them for other rooms which are looking beetr they ignored by saying already booked but it was not booked atoll so dnt waste your time and money in diamond hotel

no one cooperation of their employees and such a disgusting hotel I never stay in my life.........washroom is not even for use......this hotel don't even deserve for low budget hotel......not even to stay......total wastage of money......zero value of money.....

Filthy bathroom, functional air cooler, conjusted Room, bad n old linen, every thing is soo bad about this hotel I wish I had made a wiser decision. never ever pick this hotel in my lifetime.

staff too much ugly they are misbehave while asking towel which was in my booking for towel they ask me for extra charges very very bad experience with this property suggest to all don't stay like that hotel

Well, the staff was well behaved but location was bad. And unfortunately on that night some clash happened beside the hotel. People were shouting slogans. We were afraid of the clash between two communities. But police took them away. But then also there were lots of disturbance. Sorry to say that. But it not a good experience.

as per money wise this hotel is OK for night stay. both room proper clean and hygiene. hot water service also availble. complimentary tea coffie with snacks morning time is also tasty .

The Hotle was very dirty and the bathrooms were just miserable.One of the 2 rooms booked was a living furnace without any windows.The worst experience of hotles.
