When reached to the hotel, staff gave a surprise by saying that they don't have my reservation. I reserved a room well in advance. After reaching & knowing as no booking in their records, they asked me to stay in a Non AC room temporarily for an hour so that they can manage and clean an AC room but I had to stay 4 hours in non AC and no one after that came to me to inform whether my room is ready or not. Later I had to turn to the hotel staff to clean my AC room.. staff was trying to fool me with a non AC room. Pathetic experience .. will never think to stay in this hotel Hotel staff is continuously trying to make fool. Asked to halt for an hour in non AC room, but till I am not pushing them, they were trying to reserve a non AC room

Overall stay was nice. Room was small but it was clean and well-maintained. Also Room had a window which is often missing in other hotels. Although it is not close to Kalyani Station, the location was peaceful. It is 1km away from ITI More where you can find a lot of good restaurants. The price at which I got an AC room is another feather in the cap. Only one thing that was not good about the hotel was that western toilet was not provided with jet or hand-shower, and there was only one mug in the bathroom. This means if you dont take bath under shower and use mug for bathing, you will have to use the same mug for bathroom as well as toilet.

AC was not working, the chair was broken, they didn't provide any proper mattress, the whole bathroom was broken with tap leaking. the room was filled with mosquitoes

Average Hotel. Price is high. Hotel staff behavior has to be improved. Food provided by hotel is good and recommended.

BOTH ROOM CONDITION AND AC ARE GOOD. CLEAN WASHROOM. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. DRINKING WATER SUPPLY IS AQUAGUARD.

Hotel room was very small, around 50-60 sqarefeet. Price was too expensive compared to quality of hotel.
