Golden Larch Residency

I wish I could give them a -5 rating but here the lowest is 1. I never had such worst experience in any hotel before.We booked but when we reached the hotel, they said they don't have any records about the booking. After showing our booking details they finally offered a room in the ground floor just beside the reception.Now the room was not clean. It seemed damp. There was a smell of urine in the room. The mattress was in a bad condition, blanket was not good. We requested to give us another room, but they said that was the only room left. It was a cold night. We were very tired after a long journey and we wanted to rest, but that endedd up with this horrible experience.We changed our hotel next morning and it was good.

don't take breakfast too costly. we paid 1cup upma for RS.100 and hotel charges is too costly. 1km inclined from busstand and railway station. if you have vehicle then this hotel is best otherwise you have to spend auto charge for every time you outside for site seeing

The hotel is located at about 1 km from the main city and it was easy to locate. The staffs were very much helpful and they were co-operative too but the rooms were too small. Apart from this everything was fantastic.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location was nice. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services were provided.
