Hotel Guru Estate, near Jagannath Temple

The service is bad, they are renovating this place. They have exterior design already renovated which looks nice. If you book Deluxe rooms in this hotel, inside room same old electronic switches, no water heater(geyser). They have to fetch the Luke warm hot water in a bucket from some other room. This is not mentioned no where in any hotel booking. You get hot water facility only if you book double deluxe rooms. From outside you will love it, from inside it is difficult to adjust by paying so much. Even the beds are not clean they don't provide the blankets and accessories unless you ask. Don expect towel or soaps from the hotel. Only one thing good about this is it's desi food at its 3rd floor. My advice is one should be wise, enquire about your requirement and the rooms facilities and book the rooms.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just about 200 meters from the Jagannath Temple, making it extremely convenient for visitors.The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with AC, TV, tea/coffee kettle, water bottle, and essential toiletries like a toothbrush, hair comb, shower cap, soap, towel, shower gel, and shampoo—everything you might need.The hotel staff is very supportive, soft-spoken, and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant.There’s no room service for food, but the restaurant on the 3rd floor serves delicious food at reasonable prices. You can also bring outside food if needed.Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Restaurant is closed for restoration, hot water not supplied during morning time. Vehicle are not allowed till the hotel point, one need to deboard own car/taxy and travel using battery riksa. price is higher. Room service is pathetic, one need to self walk to reception multiple time.

hotel is really good with all the required amenities.our stay was pleasant.cleanliness, food was good, temple is near. thank you for the good experience in puri. jai jagannath 🙏🏻 staff behaviour was really good. specially sashmita and jagannath were very helpful.
