actually we got the appartment on 2 nd floor, there's no lift , very narrow staircase, on our request they send a staff to take our luggage upstairs, approach to the apartment was very confusing for me, they have all required amenities in appartment but in the same cost i must have chosen a decent hotel , in my view the appartment is overcharged.
