Good things about the hotel 1) Located close to the world trade center. 2) In house restaurant and cafe. Now bad things 1) The room and bathroom are not well cleaned when I checked in, the bathroom wall has black finger stains and leaky tap. 2) The wardrobe hinges are mostly broken and bedsheets are torn and have stains, Fan regulator is missing. 3) I had to stay here for 6 days, during my stay they never cleaned my room or changed sheets even after informing multiple times 4) You can forget about the complimentary breakfast. overall, Good only for one day stay because of location. Not worth the amount charged.

the hotel is a new hotel located beat to brigade world trade centre just inside the main road also well maintainedstaff is very co operativebreak fast was very good. beds are comfortableboth fans ac and geyser all working well and in good condition. there is a restaurant at the first floor of the hotel serves excellent food , good taste and affordable rates. thanks to goibibo

Basics are working fine. AC, tv, comfortable bed. There are few misses, old bedsheets removed from previous bookings are stored inside the cupboard. Dustbin not emptied, empty liquidator. Could have cleaned the room better.

Hotel is neat and clean. But room service people north indians are not understanding english or tamil. Bathroom is little bit small. TV has not got recharged with DTH plans. Good for affordable stay for family.

experience was really good. worth for the money and breakfast compliment is reasonable. restaurant in 1st floor is added advantage. taste and quality of food is really good. overall stay was excellent.

The room which we booked was deluxe room and cost 1900 rupees, which is absolutely not worth. No cleanliness and Wi-Fi not worked. My recommendation: You will find better room within this price range.

It was a good stay at Jfive residency. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Hotel staff are supportive. And the kind of good restaurant they have in their premises itself but bit on the costlier side.

I had booked a "day use room" in this hotel. The rooms are good. Clean and neat.But the bathroom is average. AC & TV was not working properly.
