This was my second time stay at the hotel. The staff is really good and they reserved me the same room which I got last time. There is 24 hrs hot water in the rooms at the back (down hill there is another place of this same hotel for couples, which has pleasant ambience, serene and quite peaceful with a decent view). Rooms r clean and well maintained. This is purely my opinion based on my 2 experience with this hotel. You can stay here as every location, city, hotels, lake and other site seeing places r nearby and I recommend this to others.

Hotel is very neatly maintained and all the people respond fast also they are friendly . Only 2 drawbacks 1.Hotel doesnt have restaurant facility so we need to eat outside which will be somewhat tiresome if we roam total day and come to hotel. 2. Somewhat far from sightseeing places we need to walk for 1.5 km to lake otherwise need to take taxi which charges min 150rs. Apart from above two everything is excellent.

hotel staffs are good...service also good...but little bit old building especially water heater ..power problem is there...hot water available but some time heater is not working ... restaurants not available but as per our request they will arrange food... over all experience is not bad ...suitable for families ....far from town sounds and pollution ....

Staff is very good. Humble and helpful. View shown and rooms shown on the app do not match at all with the actual. No kitchen available, hence meals order has to be given in advance. (dinner order in morning). overall below average experience.

We were staying at the hotel from 22nd to 24 dec 2018 with complimentary breakfast. Except for hot water availability it was value for money. Hot water was available on 24th only as the geyser wasnt working for 2 days. Service was too good.

the property is not clean. I paid 1780 Rs. per room for 1 night for a deluxe room. The only thing that is deluxe in that room was deluxe in its name other than that, the walls are full of seepage, the bathroom is dirty, avg property.

major problem is hotel not having restorant so every time y need breakfast dinner or lunch y spend 300 RS otherwise good hotel and one more imp it's location is not acceptable for local sightseeing

Everything was excellent considering value for money..Could have had few indoor/outdoor recreation facilities which was missing..Service is good. The Manager Deepak coordinated everything well..

Budget hotel. Dont expect more. Unload your bags, get a good sleep, take rest. for these purposes, kodai retreat. Is superb. Dont expect to spend the day time there whih will be boring.
