HOTEL KRIPA SAI

overall experience with the hotel 1 star.reasonthey sell their property in 3-4 different names, so Castello suits, treebo, Sai ganga and Sai krupa all are the same property. impact is while i booked with kripa Sai , with all the amenities, nothing as such was available. for example they mentioned swimming pool in their property which is in fact a separate swimming pool inside an residential complex, which they have just taken the pic and added as amenities.but other than swimming pool, which was the last of concern, even the basic amenities are not taken care of. so we checked in on Friday till Sunday checkout. problem faced1. the lift was never working and our accommodation was in 5 floor. with a group of 15 people of which 7 were senior citizens it was a nightmare to travel up and down.2. cleanliness- layer of dust on the room surface along with bed and table will welcome you. not to mention that if u have to walk using staircase then pan and gutkha stains on the wall will welcome you. 3. washroom- i inquired about the cleanliness of the washroom and was revert back that the shirdi water is such that it leaves stain mark. nothing can be done about it4. water - 2 day we woke up went to washroom and there wasn't a drop of water. 16 people from 7 to 9 am waited to get water in the washroom. 5. food - forget it. they don't have staff and hence can't deliver at room. that was the excuse given to us.6. location- do whatever Google maps , or Google search you will be hard strive to locate this hotel, cause they have given the property in 4 different names and Sai Krupa doesn't shows up.7. Customer service- we wanted to go to shirdi temple and asked them to clean up the room, their answer ,room will be cleaned only if u are in house. and when we came back at evening and call them to clean the room their excuse was staff left. 8. no staff to maintain the property- they don't have enough staff to manage the property. one guy is running the lift, then managing the water at room, one another person looking for food and 1-2 bais for cleaning. conclusion; had 5-6 trips of shirdi in my life, but never faced such a pathetic hotel.

I was made to stay in Classio Suites and not in Hotel Kripa Sai for which booking done and charges were paid. Copy attached for your reference. Kindly refund the money of rs 1200.
