One of my worst experience with this property. Bed sheet , quilt, pillow cover, towel all are too dirty seems like not channged last one month. Regarding all these i complaint to reception they show me other room but all are same as mine they dont have any answer tonsatisfy me said pls change your booking then i request them to change my bed sheet they said we dont have clean one. Then i complaind to **** n request them to shift me another property near me first they keep giving me diffrent diffrent person numbers to talk about that situation one of the person from **** hold me for 20 min on call after long chet they booked my room diffrent property that was 12 km far from this so finally i decided to stay with same property. dont go to this hotel its too bad property n hospitality.

We entered at Blue mountain Hotel, too much smoking smell and rooms very bad and bathrooms. Hotel didn’t provided correct rooms and they arranged some other hotel name Green Valley Hotel. Hotel room very bad and NO water heater. Hotel not arranged hot water and we wasted 1 hours. Finialy my family took cold water bath. Second day mid night 2 AM too much sounds. Some other room person making too much sounds. Many times called reception , they not stopped sounds. No food and Tea or coffee. Over priced.

It has small but compact room , designed very well to accommodate basic need , comfortable and clean bed , clean washroom , wifi is free , Serve you fresh food , once you order , dining and kitchen is separated by transparent glass, one can view kitchen activity, novel idea , however don't provide bottled water in the room, all in all , good budget hotel....

The Most Pathetic stay experience ever in my life. Worst Service, taps of the bathroom broken, no person to atleast attend the complaint. Breakfast was included and i was provided a "kachori" what the hell. No choice. Very Shamefull. A Big no to the other traveller to stay at this property.

bad experience in this because they not provide breakfast which is included in room cost and no drinking water available and no water in bathroom till 10 clock and we change 5 room in this due bad smell
