one major concern was the presence of a bar right at the entrance of the hotel. this created an uncomfortable environment, especially for my partner, as it appeared to attract groups primarily there to drink and socialize. the overall atmosphere felt more suited for male guests engaging in such activities, rather than for families or couples seeking a comfortable and secure stay.

Room was okay...Bt restroom was pathetic... ... Though the room was spacious, it lacks hygiene... Poor maintenance!!

This is a very old property located at a good place. the hotel management has kept the property clean as possible but it needs more renovation. The room was clean and staff behaviour was good. The condition of the bathroom was on the bad side. they had rest underneath the wash basin and needed more renovations on this side friendly staff and hotel atmosphere

very comfortable stay. good staff. in winters, they can give woolen Blankets -for main bed and additional ones. Hygiene can be improved .Restaurant service is not available .But good thing is we get food from Sangeeta by prior-ordering. Overall it is ok

room was spacious. towels, soap, bedsheets provided. they were clean white. ac was working well. bathroom was neat, however the pipes and utilities were thickly rusted. the sinc was cracked. lock was not working properly.

Good hotel near Koyembedu Metro station.. There is no restaurant inside and near by good restaurant mini 1km away, but they are allowing Swiggy and zomato. Reasonable rate with all facilities.

Needs to improve the maintenance. Restaurant food is not at all good and not getting good breakfast and dinner too. At the max we used to get only 2 or 3 varities in Veg and N-Veg dishes.

The stay was good. Maintenance issue is there.. The staffs are very polite and friendly. Only issue is the building maintenance. Renovation is must. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
