The worst possible hotel in Dalhousie. Location is near a sewage disposal point and the rooms and hotel keeps stinking all the time. Unclean toilets, used bedsheets with stains and hair welcomed us. On asking the room service guy for cleaning the toilet the reply in the rudest possible language was that it would be done only next day. Neither the hotel owner is there nor any educated manager. A caretaker is there who actually passed on comments on women guests. When I confronted him he kept on giving excuses without even apoligising. Only when I told him that I was a Government Officer did he yield and said sorry. This hotel and its staff spoiled our mood for the trip. I wont recommend it to anyone as it doesnt even give a damn to basic standards of service and cleanliness. Please strictly avoid this hotel even if you get it in less than Rs ***.

It was a horrible experience staying there...No Cleaning , No Service(you have to call 3-4 times to order something and then re-confirm if they are processing or not)..they call it SUPER DELUXE room but it was like a 1-star hotel room.. on the last day , i inform the staff that i have to leave at 6AM and they said "ok sir.everything will be done by that time and you can leave" but in actual , when i tried calling them , no one received my call except the owner who was also on a holiday...at last , they came to me at 7:30AM. I suggest not to stay here except any emergency situation.

I recently stayed here, I booked a super delux rooms. The room they provided us was not super delux even not a delux. When we enquired about it they told us that all rooms are super delux there is no other categories. ...even room standard also not met. It really waste my money. I'll never book this hotel...

Hotel moonlight refused to provide us two rooms which was confirmed by Ibibio. when contacted Ibibio they asked us to go in another hotel which was beyond my budget. Anyhow we could manage another hotel by our own resources. Very bad experience at Dalhousie. I suggest do not book hotels through Ibibio.

We have recently stayed at Hotel Moonlight. They have given us Super Deluxe room even though we booked Deluxe and Standard room.That was a very complimentary and good thing that manager named as Kunal helped us. Hotel is in Mall road Market. Price is also very cheap. Good to stay there.

*****spend on this hotel room wastage money..***bed sheets not clean by staff,blanket are not good...so verify if you book this hotel... I spend *** three night booking on super deluxe room but room is small not even deluxe **** not good hotel

i think this has been an adorble experience. Amit Kumar, the manager was very co-operative and i was able to develop an amazing repo with him and he helped through a lot of things. I suggest this to every traveler coming here.

Hotel is very good and staff is very copeartive and owner of hotel mr kunal is very nice person he arrange the taxi in 1 am when our cars is not working.

Food and Service is good. But don't keep much expectations with Super Deluxe rooms as rooms are simple and there is no view from the room. Food is good.

They don't have Cleaner, comes only at 12 Water tanker comes at 12 only Breakfast is too poor. Hotel charged 3600/night , not worth.
