Excellent Feedback for Sourav Front Desk Dear Hotel Management Team, I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback about my recent stay at your hotel, particularly regarding the outstanding service I received from Sourav at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Sourav greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, setting a positive tone for my stay. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He efficiently checked me in, answered all my questions about the hotel amenities, and even provided recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Throughout my stay, Sourav consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. He promptly addressed any requests I had, and his friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest. Sourav's dedication to exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me, and I believe he is a true asset to your hotel. 1. The hotel is having too much water in room walls that is why all the plaster of room Is failing because of this we changes 1 room to another in the other room there was too much smell of Cigarette then we moved to 3rd room which is freshly painted and also have mark of water on wall.Now lets talk of room 1. they don’t have water bottle 2. Washroom seat is at too much height.3. They have smart tv but no internet for it so you cant see it on asking on front desk they said we dont have connection on your floor please use your connection if you want to watch tv.Front deskIn day of visit i asked them heater as room is too cold but they replied we don’t have heater and On asking for change of room they said we dont have any other room and on asking upgrade they said we cant do it.But i would really like to thank there night staff who arrange heater kettle and all for us.For management- please look for your hotel and specially your day staff need a hospitality training. Personally i would never come back to your hotel .Many things

I recently stayed at Hotel ND Manor and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was far below acceptable standards. There was dust everywhere, and I even found insects in my room. To make matters worse, the ceiling was leaking water from the AC unit, creating a constant puddle on the floor. The service was equally terrible. Staff members were unprofessional, frequently asking for tips in the room. On multiple occasions, waiters entered my room without knocking while delivering orders, making the situation very awkward, and then asked for tips. The food was also a major letdown. The quality and taste were both poor, and the portions were very small. To add insult to injury, the items delivered were different from what I had ordered. Additionally, our room was not cleaned during our 2-3 day stay. Overall, my stay at Hotel ND Manor was highly unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is so far from the city that you'll feel like you've left Dehradun. The room is so smelly of the toilet, that we had to pay extra and upgrade the room as even after spraying air freshener, the worker over there himself said yes it's too smelly. They didnt have basic regards to not charge us for it but they still did. The door was broken, it was not locking up. The bathroom shower was broken. I have never seen any place put GST on separate food bills, which they did. Putting 5% GST on every in-room dining service is just looting the customer. The female receptionist is just so rude, she talks like she's paying us for it. The only good thing which came out of this place for decent food. Else, DO NOT stay here, the location is extremely far away, rooms are dirty and pathetic, staff is rude beyond limits and it's a complete disaster all and all. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!
