Hotel O Anu Grand

There were multiple issues that I faced regarding the booking I had with hotel Anu Grand (OYO tagged).1. The location was next to a huge drain where no hotel was there.2. To get the location I had called, to connect me to the hotel. Got connected in my 2nd/3rd attempt.3. The hotel staff who picked up the call was not at all able to communicate either in English or Hindi. Had to ask a nearby auto guy to translate.4. The hotel actual location was around 5-6 km distant from the location.All this confusion wasted around 2 hours of my scheduled time.5. Upon reaching the hotel, the reception staff (a lady) asked for ₹200 as a security deposit.6. The hotel's lift which can only come down till the 1st floor again was an issue as we had lots of luggage with my mom having a knee issue.7. Once we entered the room, what I see was cockroaches all over the bed table. No OYO kit was there. There was no comforter (blanket) that OYO generally provides. There was no toilet kit in the washroom.8. Once I entered the washroom I saw a dead fish lying over on the washroom floor.9. When I called the reception the guy said someone will come but no one was there.10. I went to the reception for the issues and the people there said they don't give any toilet essentials, towel, or comforter blanket. After an argument, they gave a soap.11. There was no towel as well which I asked.12. Generally the hotels provided packed drinking water but shockingly that was absent as well. And in this COVID scenario, they much give that.13. After complaining about the dead fish they sent a guy and that guy just took that dead fish in a plastic glass. I asked him to clean the entire allotted room and washroom to which he said no concerned person (sweeper) is available to clean It was all a gloomy room and pathetic hygiene. This COVID scenario had such a worst unhygienic stay. I don't wish anyone else to get the experience that I had.

Room was small. The washroom was not up to mark. Most importantly, The lady at the reception denied the use of Washroom for my wife saying, "you cannot use the washrooms once you hace checked out." The Govt.'s rule is that one cannot deny the use of washroom even if you are not staying at that particular place even if it is a 7-star hotel.

It was a very bad experience. I have booked the AC room along with breakfast free. To give AC rooms, hotel people have asked for an extra 1500 and even for the normal rooms they have charged an extra 300 Rupees.No proper room service. Soap and towels were not given. I have bought it from outside.I recommend not book this hotel

no hot water no air conditioner no wifi no towels tv also not working and no genrater and the anu grand staff giving reasons for every complaint but no solutions the maintenance is totaly bad tnq for the worst expirience and the important one is booking rates of room
