I forget my t shirt there but no body was responding again i have to visit to hotel to collect it. Staff was not supportive. The leftout item was kept in another room ans i was communicated the same is in the room where some other guest are there in my existing room. Pathetic service and security

doesn't allow check in if you book through online platform I booked by goibibo and that was a prepaid booking I was given alternative by goibibo but a lot of suffering due to hotel management.
