My stay at Hotel O Park Town near Nehru Stadium, Chennai, was extremely disappointing. The AC didn’t cool the room, the balcony was filthy, and the room wasn’t cleaned even on the second day. Mosquitoes infested the room, the TV didn’t work, and the pillows and blankets were dirty. The bathroom was unhygienic, with water stagnation, and the corridor was in terrible condition. Despite informing the management, there was no support or room change offered. It was an unbearable experience, and I had to vacate and find another hotel. I strongly advise against staying here due to the poor maintenance and lack of hygiene. I’ve also shared photos to highlight these issues.

➡️ *Feedback* ➡️The hotel we booked in the name of Super Hotel O Park Town, but the original name was different, so we faced difficulty to find hotel. ➡️ Hotel Bedsheets were not clear and corrider of hotel also dity with dump of waste material. ➡️ Bathroom tap were very old and in broken condition. ➡️ AC are fixed in Hotel room but not in working condition, may be due to lack regular service. ➡️ when we reached hotel, our all rooms were not ready and clean, may be due to lack of man power. ➡️ Hotel have good infrastructure capacity but there is lack of proper property management.

hallways are filled with cigarette smell no tap is available for the washbasin floormats not available no dustbin ac not working properly lift not available for the 4florey building one dustbin the hallway..that also not emptied took 1hr for checkin no proper management

Good Stay. The room was neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean, and the water supply was okay. The receptionist and staff were good and helpful. Nearby tea, coffee shop and just beside Vaigai Restaurant with good and tasty dishes.
