As i have already raised for the hotel has not allowed me tho check in due to they have not recieved any booking i have already shared the booking id with them but stil they are not allow me and i have to search another option for my rest but this is my very bad experience with the hotel and the support team of Goibio i have tried multiple time but they have not responded to me.

Very poor stay. Worst service as they didnt provide any service. Just asked basic services befor entering in the room. But they did not provide anything even after the call such as water, towel, bathing and washing soaps. And no kitchen in the hotel not even a tea was provided by them. The worst service ever. The room was not good....

It's an average hotel. the linen was not clean. the washroom was clean although there were average amenities. my voucher included breakfast to which they denied. The staff was rude. Having breakfast written on my hotel voucher they denied the same when i asked them about breakfast

Hotel is newly constructed and it was verry well condition but the rooms are very consisted. Staff have to learn how to behave with customer . room service is very poor. in my booking the breakfast was included but not provided by hotel. very worst experience never stay again
