IT IS THE WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE ONE COULD HAVEThe hotel staff was extremely rude and asked for 3000 rs. extra for check-in even within the time limit.The room was in a pathetic condition, the washroom floor broken, water dripping inside the room, beds in the worst possible condition, floor untidy, horrible horrible surrounding!The lift isn't working, the internet as well. Not worth a free stay also!!!

This was the most horrible stay I had ever experienced. I tried to reach you guys multiple times, but there was no response from your side.I have paid extra for breakfast, but here in the hotel, there was not even a kitchen. Even they haven't provided us with complimentary water bottles. The wifi and AC were not working. Moreover, the room was also full of dust. We have to clean it by ourselves.

Worst Experience ever. ridiculous service plus totally Unprofessional. AC was not working fine, TV too, had to ask for water and kept me waiting for half hour just to gibe water in room, I booked 3 bedding room but they denied and just layed a matrix on the floor for 3rd person. This is completely **** hotel, don't book it, it'll only waste your money.

It was a bad experience with Oyo. When I reached at the hotel, it was under construction and they haven't mentioned anything while the time of booking. They even could not provide proper room service and breakfast facility also while I had a booking of free breakfast. I will never recommend Oyo to anyone. It was a pathetic experience.

I was charged more than one night stay for early check-in. No water bottle is given in room. Hotel just got renovated. owner has spent a lot but needs to take care of things like laundry, cab tie up and breakfast should start by 7.30 instead of 8am.

Location is good and room is pretty better. But the staffs are very slow to response a request. I've called for a water bottle and towel at the reception for 2-3 times but they give after I went to the reception and ask it by myself only..

Breakfast and lunch were not provided even though we opted for them while booking. AC not working. Lift only for staff, no common lift. Frequent power cuts and no generator was switched on even though power outage lasted for hours.

Good budget place near HSR Layout. Proximity to the bus stops and the business zone is key. Rooms were pretty spacious and kind of value for money. But the WiFi did not work properly and the bathroom door was not closing properly.

good location but since lidt wasn't working, we had to climb 4 floors all the time. The receptionist wasn't courteous to guve us a room on a lower floor. there were certain service issues, but response by Goibibo was quick.

The stay was good and comfy but the hotel service wasn't that good. They didn't consider our complimentary breakfast and we had to call room service 4-5times for cleaning. The hotel is at good location.

The hotel' s housekeeping as well as the maintenance was very poor. Hotel does not follow even basic HSE guidelines. These kind of properties should not be allowed to publish on platforms like Ibobo.
