the hotel is below average. rooms are not maintained well. bathroom fittings are loose. and most important of all...most of the rooms are located just next to the reception, so there is so much of noise of people talking loudly in the lobby that u won't be able to sleep. this goes on till late in the night so u won't have peace of mind. afternoon also u won't have peace due to the noise of people talking in the lobby. there is a metal detector frame kept at the first floor entrance which keeps beeping all throughout. although the staff was friendly, but that didn't help much. overall an avoidable hotel . not upto the mark for the price. and above all the noise was just a big nuisance...

VM residency hotel is very bad. After confirm booking we have reported hotel about 11.00 pm with paid rs. 500/- to taxi driver and staff of hotel intimated that they have no room in hotel for us then we have return back from hotel midnight about 12.00 pm. Such type of behaviour is very bad for custmer. Hotel may be imposed penalty to pay rs. 1000/- to us on account of taxi rent and licence cancelled immediately. VM residency hotel bakwas. Koi bhi ese book mat karna please. My review for this hotel is Zero......3rd class hotel.

Booked the hotel and called the manager about my travel plan as i would be reaching there late at night. He confirmed that you can come and room would be ready for you. But when i reached, manager was missing, a staff boy told there is no room in the hotel since last week. and told me to go find some other hotel at 3 in night. and closed the door.

Located near the nh8 which was a plus for me. The room was great and i got it from ibibo on a very economic price. Staff is very helpful and has a good parking facility. WiFi does not really work very good though. Overall a nice place to stay.

Hotel is conveniently located on the main road and it is close to Vasant Kunj Mall. However, the Airconditioner and water heater need to be replaced. Service is very good as the desk reception people were cordial and helpful.

The hotel seemed lik a shady place so much so that doors didn't even hav latches from inside, nobody seemed interested in the guest no drinking water, even hand towel was not provided cockroaches were there.

The only non likable part of this stay was the noise, it was a very noisy hotel, rooms were not noise free, other than that, everything was perfect, and a good breakfast was served by them in complimentary.

Employee behaiviour is good. Teliphone was not available in room, TV was not working. Lift is not availble. If any work you can not stay at least additional half hour in room.
