It was really pathetic stay..according to me its not more than 1 star. Room was not clean, there was lots of mosquitoes in room. Mattress, pillow, quilt covers are dirty. its seems that no one is stayed in this roo. since long time. Bathroom is so congested & water flow in shower / tab is very slow. About breakfast, only 2-3 options, can't explain in details but i have never ever had this kind of breakfast while they are claiming 4 star category. My overall experience is very bad its not value for money. it was my biggest mistake that

WORST VENUE ON GT KARNAL ROAD . HOSPITAILITY IS REALLY VERY VERY VERY POOR. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. THE WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMER IS VERY BAD. OWNER MR BANSAL CARRIYING SO RUDE BEHAVIOUR THAT HE DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER, They said something different and do something different . They take money and didn’t gave appropriate service. Think ** times before booking this venue.

First remember this hotel is maximum use for marriage or other function ... hence there will be lot of noise around you till late night .. I have face that issue noise wall till 1.30 am room are under construction ... I have not stay for full day hence can not comment on others service ... one more thing food is good in this hotel...

very disappointing. As a casual stay it was pathetic. tv not working, no warm water in the month of Dec, phone not working, wasted 2 hr resolving these issues. breakfast below average. highly over priced.. overall not worth.... brij

hotel room is quite spacious neat, hygienic with a bathtub and a swimming pool inside the hotel. food is unbelievable good and likewise the services. only thing that was missing is WI FI due to construction work.

morning buffet was a bit bad this time as i didn't get enough food to eat. Containers are almost empty and even the food was not on time.this was not expected.. please take care of this. rest a good stay! :)

The cleanliness outside the rooms (near the pools and in the corridor) should've been more and repellent sprays should also be used to avoid the insects near the pool and in the plantation area.

This is the worst resort i hv ever seen in my life. no customer service at all, they speak in their local language and least bothered about guest, my recommendation is do not book this resort.

rooms were stinking bed was not good very small in size. the photos on site were good but actual rooms were not at all good. we cancelled our stay and went to another destination.
