The overall experience was very good. I booked the deluxe room for 3. The room was spacious and neatly decorated. The hotel officials provided us a separate blanket for free so thank you for that. The major highlight of the hotel is location and food. The location of the hotel is at the main mall road so you can even walk to explore nearby places. Food was another reason I booked the hotel. The accurate mix of oil and spices in the food will make you feel like your home food. Geyser is available in the washroom so you can have hot water 24hrs.They even provided us hot(R.O) water for drinking. My parents fall in the senior citizen category and they really liked the hotel so on my next visit to Nainital I am going to book this hotel again. Parking is available at the parking lot located at a distance of around 1km from the hotel because parking at mall road is limited. Parking lot charges Rs. 100/24hr.(9am to 9am) Separate Rs.100 is charged for nagar nigam when you enter the down road of mall road.

firstly I want to say about Prince hotel that is Location is very nice place.500 meter from naini jheel..Prince hotel located at front of naini jheel Mall road...so if you want to enjoy naini jheel view than this one is best place...Wifi is not working properly in hotel otherwise food is okay..if your searching hotel in nainital than you have to book before 10 days so than it will cheap for you

there are such a very nice staff very polite. hospitality was too good. we are blessed that we stay in that hotel amazing people we like each and every thing of the hotel. staff behaviour was too good and owner Mr. Bajaj was also a very humble and nice person thanku everyone to make our stay more pleasant.

Its a good place to stay and its definitely worth the money, the hotel owner is a gentleman, and completely trustworthy, whatever problems even if u face he tries his best of abilities to solve them, its a small time hotel, but he has good values which helps you enjoy the stay and have a good experience.

The lake view of the hotel balcony is equally amazing both day and night, it is on the roadside itself and you don't have to worry about your luggage because the staff helps you with it. They have a kitchen and you can order any meal you like. Hospitality was great, altogether a pleasant stay!

Amazing lake and mountain view from balkani and terrace, clean and comfortable , noise free room , staff was supportive. location is also very easy to reach, walking distance from bus stand to hotel. I had stayed 2 night here, you can trust them blindly.

This hotel is on the mall road ( and having a amazing lake view ) but they dont have parking space (you need to park your car at parking lot which is in the beginning of mall road) Food and staff is also fantastic. I will recommend this place.

Awesome adventure stay.Hotel is at great location just upon the mall.we hired a bike from hotel and explored all tourist points in one day.enjoyed veg food it was yummy.Good nature view and polite staff

Location of the hotel is appropriate. One just need to get down (around 70) stairs to reach the Naini Lake. Hotel needs to improve their utilities like Geyser, mattress etc.
