Location of the Hotel is Good Situated at Prime location on AnwarGanj infront of Citi Club.Can be reached easily from Kanpur Central Railway Station via taxi or auto if you mention your hotel is infront of citi club.Rooms are very small but beautifully decorated with decent interiors.Smooth check-in if the room is free the staff lets you check-in before time alsoConsServices are not goodStaff is always busy in organising parties because it is always booked as benquet hallI had to make three calls for tv remote at last I walked to reception my-self for getting job done.Services not up to the mark as compared to prices no tea kit, no electric cattle, no proper bath kit.So atlast I would say at the price point services are just average.But you can go for this if getting the offer under between 1k to 1.5K

No value for money. New hotel but poor service. Bathroom too small. No paid channels were subscribed in TV. Most of the things which they have mentioned are not available. I doubt they gave me standard room in place of delux room booked. Only saving grace was one of the staff Mr. Ankit who sincerely tried to make the stay comfortable.

The hotel staff is not supportive.. the complimentary breakfast is poor and very minimal for two people.. AC was not cooling properly. The towel in the room are looks used and there is no toiletries provided.. The price which we have paid for this hotel is too high and total waste of money

Excellent room service staff was vry helpfull this hotel are value for money fooding good quatily food parking available wifi speed excellent room interior was good wash aminities was excellent .for company emplooyee its a excellent hotel in gt road kanpur
