I would like to give taj 5 stars overall. Firstly on our request they gave us honeymoon suite which was very big,cozy,and beautiful with garden area in front and my fav "jhoola". Secondly i liked d hospitality they gave to their guests.Anything asked was provided timely. The property itself is not to discuss much as its a heritage property with so beautifully managed with lots of garden area. Then comes the "food"..on dis part i wud give 3 stars as the breakfast was gud but lunch and dinner were ok..but wen we compare it with the local city's restaurant one will give 5 star to taj food as people do not get choices to eat. Last but not d least..i wud thank the front manager for his warm welcome and token of gift when we were going back. Also the thing which i liked d most was their welcome drink " TODI TEA" it was awesome refreshing.... Made by chef 'nisikant'. Tip to give- u shud stay for at least 4-5 days to cover all the site scenes and dnt forget to carry some eatables as outside either food is not good or its not available.

The hotel is just awesome. Service is perfect as it should be for a Taj hotel. Campfire is awesome. Food is perfect. A perfect location and nearby Udgamandalam station. Best way to reach is take an auto from the station, they would take around ₹80. Dodabetta peak, Rose Garden, Botanical Garden, Elk Hill Murugan Temple, Pykara Falls, Mudumalai tiger reserve all are beautiful places to visit around. Tea factory, Chocolate factory and Wax museum are gems of Ooty. Mudumalai is around 70 km from the hotel, Pykara falls about 30 km and all other places are in the vicinity of ooty. It was indeed a great experience and I will cherish it forever. Thanks Savoy hotel and all of its staff members who took perfect care of all our needs.

Beautiful Property - well maintained - good service sums up to be at the best place to be in OOTY. Kids have ample place to play and enjoy. Also have ducks rabbits pony ride for them along with other indoor outdoor games. Evenings can be well spent with bonfire at common place or even at your room. The entire stay becomes memorable with smiling staff, amazing views, good service.

Superb amenities super luxury and comfortable room. Warm Fireplace in the room at any time and unlimited time. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary in a great and pleasant way. The taj team arranged everything well managed and we had a excellent comfortable stay. Spacious and luxury rooms and great hospitality.
