I had a 2 days stay at this hotel. A big disclaimer before you book - 1. Washrooms were very unhygienic. 2. Staff has no sense of professionalism. I asked for fresh glasses and the reply I received was very unethical. 3. The hotel has not posted anything about the actual location of the hotel. I would recommend not to book if you are travelling through your car. Even walking to and fro from the hotel is a big task. 4. No daily cleaning done by the staff. Overall, this was the worst experience I ever had. This was the worst experience I ever had staying at a hotel.

ho There was no any dining area. But the most horrible thing was location of hotel it was situated after a very deep and steep slope. I booked it because it was only 150m far from gandhi chowk mussoorie. But it was almost 150feet below as well. A very hard and risky to reach with own vehicle I somehow managed to reach there with lots of tyre burn while ascending the slope with risk of life.. all my family members preferred to walk while ascending and descending the slope which is in itself a tiring job. And the most important thing I felt it was costly as well.

It's difficult to reach hotel location. It is claimed for having parking facility, but it's really difficult to pull your vehicle in steep slopy way to hotel. Faced issues related to amenities provided, but thanks to Goibibo to sort out issues related blanket. Initially hotel did not provide blanket, but Goibibo customer care service helped us out.

It was a decent hotel at affordable price.butmany better hotels are available in Mussorie at cheaper price.i booked it by mistake.Hotel is located at a pathetic location.there is a slum area nearby,moreover, in order to reach the hotel there is a steep slope which is very dangerous to drive on

It was a pleasant stay with simple facilities. hotel rooms were good and food was good. advantage is very near to Mall road but the way to hotel is quite scary and be careful of you are not a good driver.

Very pathetic experience..the hotel is very difficult to find for new people at massurie. The staff is also manipulative.cleanliness is not upto mark..not recommended as not worth of spending money

location of the hotel was extremely risky. very steep. only very experienced driver can drive to the hotel. rooms very small and smelly. outside view was pathetic. staff not at all cooperative.

it was bad experience in Savoy residency. bcoz the way of the hotel is very horrible. there has no common amenities like kettle, soap, towel & WiFi etc.
