Silver Mist Holiday Home

first of all there is no property called silver mist. we tried searching for 1 hour but could not find it. the contact numbers provided were either not reachable or not answered. somehow we managed get connected on call thats when we were told the property name is “ marcello place” and not “silver mist”. the worst thing was it was 800-900 metre away from the loction it was showing. there was no one at reception . room was not ready and was not clean. no staff available. not recommended at all i would have given 0 rating to it

1.No hot water 2. No chairs to sit in the room. 3.extra beds mattress not provided in the room though paid for. 4. No lift. 5. Very high Slippery stairs. 6.room service is poor. 7. No daily proper cleaning of room and bathroom. 8. Bed sheets are not changed even if v stayed for 4 days. 9. Not recommended for family having children. 10. Ac remote not working. Unable to change the modes and speed. 11. Bathroom closing problem. 12. No mirror in bathroom or bedroom.

there was a TV but it was not working when asked they told there is no cable service but some of the rooms the TV were working.

the hotel people cheated us they given wrong location
