The stay experience was fair enough not best. All I can say is , the receptionist were responding very late but they do the work. 1. Wifi was one of the amenity that was free, but they did not shared the password with me, they lied that they don't have(don't know why). 2. There is no facility of food over there, as there is no restaurant attached to the hotel. ( This is something they could work in future )3. Room was clean, Ac was working fine, bathroom was clean. 4. Drinking Water ( They should provide it to every room)There should be a facility for hot drinking water if anybody wants (patient) . Work on :- at least ask the tourist what they need what they don't.( basic amenities like water, coffee/tea). It was a good stay!!

Hotel is located in proper city. location is nice. but the 1st 2 floor is banquet. rooms start from 3rd floor. hotel is ok ok.. not too good. not so far from the railway station. restaurant is not available. nothing to complain but nothing to be excited. definately not a 3star property. stayed there for 1 night. not faced any major issue.

The hotel location is ideal situated in a convenient area. Rooms are spacious Cleanliness and hygiene were observed throughout the hotel. The service provided by the staff is too good.

While booking they mentioned, breakfast available but there is no breakfast this hotel is just for stay without food, we have to order food from out.

Hotel was in renovation phase, so i didnt get blanket for one night. Bedsheet was not fully clean. Need some cleanliness and hygiene improvement.

Need to have a lift as it is difficult for elderly ppl. Lift are not workingproperly and any room cards can open any rooms .
