Isolated location, very neat and clean room, wonderful experience in balcony view with Tea and Dinner, I like it very much and refer my friends. only thing road was not good for 150 meters other than worth for money

although the stay experience was nice, the road was a difficult one. the climate was chilling during the stay . food wasn't expensive and was tasty

I booked this place on a rainy day and the entire property was leaking. The food was mediocre at best. The rooms were ok. The only upside is the balcony which was a whole different vibe at night.

writing this from hotel itself,first hotel located 1 km from naidupuram mainroad, half off roading roads,hotel in very steep place.totally not advisable for elderly persons steps are very steep. rooms very badly maintained inside bedsheet hairs , even alcohol stickers not even clean the room, no hot water every time.Think before u book. don't book by seeing the pics

Location is good.Around 3,4km from Kodaikanal Town.Road to property is small and a small offroad patch of there.They do claim it's complimentary breakfast and then set a limit of Rs 150 per person and extra chargeable.Rooms are good but cleanliness is not upto the mark and linens are also not good.I extended my stay one more day through Goibibo as I got good offer.when directly approached the property, their rates were high

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Location was perfect, every rooms in the hotel has perfect view with balcony. Luckily I got the top most room from where the entire view is excellent. Lights in the balcony was so nice and gives safe feel while enjoying the view even at night time. Hot water facility is very good. Rooms are neat and looks new. It was built just before a year. Quality of food is great and taste is perfect like home made. The cook is such a friendly and nice person. Customisation is also available. Every caretakers in the hotel are super friendly. Parking is available. Only problem is it's one way route for vehicle just for 300 meters. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Hotel Spring Valley Retreat located in the lap of nature & good budget Hotel in Kodaikanal . Hotel is neat & cleaned, staff well behaved., food preproduction is very good . Kitchen well maintained & Hygienic . Some Room are provided with terrace are very good for valley & Hill view which make the hotel special. The few things i. e availability of hot water & pick drop facilities needs to be improved in the hotel for better service.

It is a good place to stay. The hosts were good to me. It is aloof staying close to the silence of the woods. Kodaikanal in general and the hotels should pay more attention to their waste management especially plastic. Traffic in Kodaikanal is horrible on busy days.

The experience was good. The rooms were nice for the price we paid. However, the location is a bit far from town and situated at a higher altitude. The narrow roads leading to the property can be quite challenging, offering an off-road experience.

Stay was really good and house keeping staffs are helpful. Food was good especially breakfast was very tasty. One thing i didnt like there were insects inside the room.
