the management iz very cordial to arrange special food for my father who just undergone CABG beside this the three other advantage of this hotels are 1.very near to MAS 2.plenty of street food option near to it 3.timely cleaning and boarder friendly atmosphere cost effective And good stay....for family and for tourists,

Basic, economy, and well maintained hotel located very close to Central Station, Metro and Park suburban Station. In a congested area of Periamet and a little tricky to locate.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great attention to detail. The staff were very polite and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. However, one drawback was that the room lacked windows, which made it feel a bit closed off without any view of the outside. Otherwise, it was a good experience overall.

my stay at the hotel was very comfortable mainly because of the friendly receptionist and all the other helpful staffs. the day i arrived in chennai was very horrible because of the rude behaviour of an auto driver but the receptionist of the hotel was really kind. the room was very clean and comfortable. the staffs did regular cleaning as well. i hope they keep up this. an advice to travellers from outside tamil nadu will be, please book uber autos instead of regular ones.

Not worth the price. Room was small and wifi was not working. Evening receptionist was rude and even after requesting he didn't changed the stained bed sheet.

Room are small but some facilities are good.. Bathroom are not ok floor are not clean.Free wifi is available.But I lift facilities are not available.

This Hotel is ditto as in the pictures. Cleanliness, Service, Hospitality,Maintenance, etc are best. Staffs are friendly. Location is good.

My recent visit to Chennai with family has been the best experience! Adding to this is the stay @ Sai Park in Periamet, close to the railway stations for those who enjoy train travels. Centralized stay to travel for nearby attractive locations to watch in Chennai. Off from the busy main road with quiet atmosphere making it a more pleasant stay, it was not that difficult finding the place just that roads to this beautiful stay is little narrow, this venture has the best rooms and managed well in terms of cleanliness(Clean sheets, toilets, wardrobes) No Stink!, good hospitality, the room service was spot on with good service and fast response was not difficult communicating, 24hrs availability. only suggestion is too have more parking space. Apart from that in short “ Summer Hot Chennai with Cool paradise Sai Park”

Am regular customer of this hotel use to stay minimum 10 days in a month. very near to central , egmore railway station and easy access to all places in Chennai. rooms are very clean and Service is Good.. I prefer this hotel for all.
