Rooms are very small and they charged extra from me i have booking amount ** they charged me ** for what they didnt explaind also they told that u have. to give that much , and didn't gave the breakfast told that they are not notified to give breakfast while i booked for breakfast too , then they said ok u **** then give a good rating then we will give u breakfast what the hell was that the hotailer are doing with the guests, not sutisifed with the hotel staff are also un trained........

My stay was denied by the hotel staff on the grounds that I didn't have a RTPCR which was not mentioned in the bill. Yet when money was given in cash on the same premises I was given a room I was preety much robbed and scammed. And concerning the service the staff is hasty and unwilling to help unless given some monetary advances.

Everything was good about the hotel. But the breakfast policy made me cut the 2 stars. I mean my mom and dad stayed here and i booked them a room with free breakfast. But they still had to go out and buy breakfast as they were not satisfied with quantity of the breakfast provided.

overall experience was very bad.. Room keys are missing.. we need to go out without locking the door.. Bed is very small for an average height person.. Rooms are very compact.. No soap in the bathroom.. Coakroach was sleeping with us in the bed while getting up in the morning..

I booked a classic room and it looked pretty decent in the photos but the room I was provided wasn't even close. The receptionist said it was because I checked in late but I had made the payments done already so it shouldn't have matter if I checked in late or earlier.

Hotel location is good, rooms r clean but they provide me the room just beside the reception so it was noisy, and for complimentary breakfast menu r not good but overall it was good experience.
