the stay in swan house boat(Grand swan) is an amazing experience. peopls are so caring, specially Ramzan bhai & Javed bhai. Mr. Ramzan arranged a cab for us, driver Mehnaz is a very good, provide us every possible help in our ****. special mention about food, good delicious food, including breakfast, lunch & dinner... another thing is the position.. awesome.... must stay for every nature lovers with family...

its an house boat on Daal lake with all features of an palace. Awesome treat by manager and Mr.Ramzan its owner. He arranged an car for day visit to Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg and Local sight seeing.. Mr Bilal drived the car he worked as an Guide too. we are very satisfied as in home because of all. i Strongly Recommend this hotel to all my friends

Place is clean, fully cultural great artwork inside the boat, groud level staff is fine. Services are very limited they offer only soap. Other things u have to manage, I don't like Upper level staff behavior.
