Hotel Swapnalok

We arrived at the hotel an hour prior to the checkin time the hotel provided us early checkin without even asking. Big thanks for that 😇. Rooms were sanitized prior to our check in. Entrance and hallways were cleaned regularly. Hot Water was available all the time. They have electricity backup power which is a plus point. Couple of stationary shops are next to the hotel which is also a plus point. The Hotel is quite easily accessible via road. Hotel Staff addressed all our requests immediately. Parking space is not available in the hotel. The Hotel is located near to Lonavala Railway Station and Lonavala ST Bus Stand. Very near to main market as well. Hot water is available 24*7. Wifi was also good. A good number of TV channels were available. Outside food was allowed. Even Delivery from Local Vendors, Zomato and Swiggy was allowed. Hotel Staff was polite and they answered all our requests in timely manner 😇. The location is nearby to ST stand so it's quite safe with lots of people around even during late night.

Video Hotel location is great if anyone wants to be with in lonavala town. Main market with ST stand, bakery and railway station in close proximity. Hotel needs to have windows which can be opened as ground floor opens window opens into someone else backyard or house. Gas geyser and basic tea and coffee service available. They provide plates and glass for your meal from Market. Little more maintenance of room ceiling, walls and bathroom cleaning to be done. Ceiling had some food spray type fungus on it. Wall near bed was having holes or wallpaper had been pealled off. Bathroom had stickers of previous guest.

extremely disappointing stay – not recommended one of the worst hotel experiences i've had. the room was stinking, there were loose electrical cables, and the bedsheet was clearly not changed—it looked used and unhygienic. cleanliness and safety were completely ignored. definitely not worth the price. avoid if you care about basic comfort and hygiene.

Hotel location is good. but hotel is not as per standard, linen was durty, Breakfast is taste less. they have purchase breakfast from other Resturant and then serve you. also staff was not coperative. my opinion is pay some extra and select some better Hotel from this. Staff Behaviour, Hotel is under construction.
