Don't know on which basis this hotel is getting such high ratings. Only advantage is it's location. Little overpriced dinner was also good. Coming to other important aspects of services, the experience wasn't that pleasant. Stayed in suite room which is definitely not worth of the amount paid. Before reaching, early morning called the reception to check the availability of bath tub as I was traveling with kid. They told all suites are having bath tub. i have paid the full money and paid the full gst directly to hotel for 11th and 12th sep but after so many follow up the hotel still not providing gst bill and therefore i am unable to submit the bill for claim. they said they will be sending by mail but no response.

It was a great experience to stay at The Lotus Hotel Sameera in Chennai. Its best of experience within that budget in Chennai with vicinity to Railway stations, beach and other amenities. Highly recommended for people who prefer no frills but a spacious and decent stay.

HOTEL TEMPLE TREE IS EXCELLENT IN ALL ASPECT. ROOMS ARE VERY BIG. BATHROOM IS ALSO VERY GOOD. BREAKFAST AND DINNER ARE SO DELICIOUS THAT YOU CAN NOT FORGET TASTE FOR A LONG. BUFFET ITEMS ARE ALSO VERY GOOD. YOU JUST ASK ANYTHING AND ROOM SERVICE WILL FULFILL IT. EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE OF HOTELS ARE VERY WELL BEHAVED, POLITE AND READY TO FULFILL YOUR EVEN SMALL NEED. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ALL.

i am having awesome stay, it's pretty good hotel, well maintained hygiene and spacious room, good for business, family stay, also Central place and we'll connected to all the areas. Spacious rooms with all the amenities, team meeting can also be done as there is separate leaving area. it's located in the centre of the city and transportation is very easy to across the city.

HOTEL ROOM IS EXCELLENT. LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE IS EXCELLENT. BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF IS EXCELLENT. ROOM SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THEIR DINNER. DUE TO RENOVATION OF THEIR KITCHEN, BUFFET DINNER IS NOT BEING ARRANGED. THEY ARE PROVIDING DINNER IN ROOM WITH A VERY LITTLE OPTION.

The stay was comfortable.. location is good though initially i was worried when i saw tbe board alone from the main road but trust me it is a safe and comfortable hotel for women travellers. The bedsheets need to b better as ot had holes and... overall a good stay

Great hotel to stay. Cleanliness, service, food, location everything is perfect of the hotel. One request is please train the staff's about English/Hindi. Language was a little problem. Otherwise all was good. My family loves the ambiance of the hotel.

Great stay at affordable price with super clean room and washroom.Very courteous staff and quick room services.Food tasted good though breakfast spread had not much varieties.Highly recommended as it is located in the heart of the town.

Room is as same as Images shown. We had an excellent stay. Room was exceptionally clean and so the wash room. Centre to all tourist places and located in the prime area. Would surely book the same hotel in the next visit.

Well maintained rooms and restaurant, well behaved staffs, marina Beach is 2.5kms, IT solutions shops ( computer peripherals, cctv camera wholesale etc) are in walking distance.
