Extremely sorry sir meri life main first time itna bekar hotel nahi dekha room not cleaned bed sheet not cleaned tv not working water not available in bathroom Staff behaviour very poor bathroom ke sare tap tute huye the hotel main gya to entry bhi nahi kiya extra 850 demand kar rahe the bola nahi dete jabki mera booking tha sari walls ke uper Celine aya hua tha main apni beti ke sath tha koi option nahi tha rukna pda.main yehi bol sakta hun jaane se pahle soch lena.

Worst hotel. I had checked in for 2 days but left after one single night. Though it was non-refundable but i had to leave. It was sleepless night. Dirty bedsheet, dirty towel, dirty toilet. Staff didn't bother for this. Only one staff who never sits there. Worst experience of my life.

Filthy and shoddy rooms. No proper service. No cleaning. Room was not cleaned before checkin. Cigarette buds and smell was all over. It was suffocating to say the least. Asked for warm water and got it in a jug filthier than a bathroom mug. Stay away! Dont go by the fancy name!

Cover photo is different. No amenities. Worst services. This building is three floor building. No lift. This hotel is running in three names. Hotel Neelam, hotel Broadway and one other name. Not to come in this hotel. My personal advice.

Hotel location is near nainital lake but you need to trek little bit and climb 3 floors to reach hotel. Hotel room and staff is good but not value for the cost

The staff's behaviour was very good . Good hotel in affordable price . I booked 1 standard room + 1 family suite in 3400, near the mall road 5 min walk.
