..  I had to book this hotel during Cyclone Crisis time in Chennai for ... due to less supplies in places around Chennai. I'll rather document my experiences in points below. * I booked the hotel around 3:30 PM and was about to check-in around 7 PM. The address provided.. was wrong(Estancia Service Apartment Tower-3, Near SRN College,Guduvancheri, Chennai, India), there are no sign-boards or name-boards inside Estancia for this place. * This was in Tower 2(I guess) and you should know the flat number to get inside the building. Neither the security guards in that building know the existence of this hotel. * The only contact number .. given in the site was not answering, neither can I find any other contact no or details from Web. * From 7 PM to 8 PM my only option was to keeping surfing web and calling this same number,.. I started to wonder did I just waste Rs... * Finally a guy had answered the call.. and when I tried explaining the situation, he was mocking at me asking if I can't even find the basic address... I asked as the address was given wrong, how am I supposed to find the right one? .. No clue what was happening, I finally found their office in 2nd or 3rd floor(made up in a Flat). The common room was for food, one room for cooking, one more for maintaining the documents. The flat was little okay. * After collecting the personal details, a person brought me to another flat(in 16th floor, I guess). It was again a fully furnished 3BHK with numbers written on each door. One room was meant for us. * The room was not more than 10*10 size. You might rather see the pix to see how it was. I was not even able to cover the full room from the corners. * The only window available was facing straight to next building and anyone from that building can see your bed. The paints were tearing off. Not even a brush kit was provided. * No proper lightings in washroom, neither you could lock the window completely(wondering what this sliding window was meant for ;-) * This hostel room had set of rules which I had attached too, you might take a look yourself in the pix :D * The morning breakfast menu was Idly, vadai and Bread. Though the quality of the food was good, there could've been better options for Rs... Even after checking-in this hotel after 8 PM, they were literally chasing on my tail to check-out at 11 PM. I agree that it is a standard, but they could've been little reasonable and polite. * This place is supposed to be hostel or accommodation space to be provided for transferred employees. * I recommend this ...for none. ...

Room walls need to be treated for dampness & seepage. Also there were intermittent power cuts at night & generator was not supporting AC. Needs to be looked into. Also better cutlery to be provided. Linen too needs to be more clean. The place is not as good for the tariff charged. Location is good for SRM related works as quite close to the university.

Excellent stay. Recommend to all.
