Twilight Bay Resort

I stayed with my family during Oct-23. Property looks good from outside, but pathetically maintained rooms. I had to switch three rooms. First room window is defective, so a/c ineffective. They moved me to second room which had defective a/c and plumbing. Finally to a third room which I was told is an upgrade to Deluxe room with Rs.500 extra. I agreed since I checked in at 7:30pm, it was already 10:30pm, the drama was still ongoing and I was not in a mood to wait any longer after a tiring journey. Next morning at 6:00am, I discovered the geyser is faulty in my third room and had to take a cold shower. At checkout, they happily charged me the upgrade Rs.500 despite my complaint. The manager told the room upgrade is already in their computers, so I have to pay. He was least concerned when I told that I will post my reviews. The 'newbie caretaker boy' was putting in all his efforts to resolve it, but I could sense that he was on his own without support from 'so called resort' management.

It's most horrible .....air conditioner is damaged and not functioned properly.....they charged 200 rupees excess for cleaning charges .....and they helps to check in at 1.30pm instead of 12.30pm. while entered in to the room we feel cigrate smell it's suite for family people's or couple

Rooms are not clean....even they are not providing a packaged drinking water..... swimming pool is closed..... environment is good....and customer service is also good....they are buying any products for us from outside.

The ambience is good, but the hotel had no soap in the washroom, the AC was not working properly, and even the water bottle was not there at night.
