Calling this property, Amazing or Superb,may be exaggeration. But, without doubt , it is indeed real value for money by all means. Service may not be professional, but it is truly personal. You will definitely feel like a "Home away from Home".Rooms are spacious, well lit and maintained with all facilities. A/C with good cooling and almost no noise, 24 hrs running hot/ cold water, comfortable mattress, spacious bathroom, Electric Kettle, TV with many channels . All this, at an affordable price in the heart of Cochin City. What else can you expect !!! People in the Front Desk really deserve a special mention for their courteous attitude. Would really like to come back and recommended to others .

The house is in a building which is about 60 years old. The maintenance is poor. The bed and linen were dirty. In fact I had itching throughout the night.for many years. I stayed in a non AC room. Therefore I do not know about the state of the AC rooms. Surprisingly the toilet and bathroom was clean. The curtains were dirty and the room had not been painted or whitewashed
