1. Room was not ready, even when I arrived in the evening. 2. overheard staff saying they don’t have sheets. 3. Staff said they don’t have towel, got a towel later in the night after asking manager. 4. someone barged in my room at 4 AM unlocking my room from outside with a key. 5. after using their towel my whole body became white with towel fibers, I had to shower again and use my own towel. They don’t have hot water for shower Toilet was dirty and even after it was cleaned by staff it was still dirty And had to ask staff to clean again, still they don’t have cloth to dry the toilet seat, left is wet

Pathetic experience with this hotel They almost made us wait more than 40 minutes When asked the hoteliers they are like there is only one staff to set up the room Which means they don't keep rooms ready Because it's more over into pg's I denied to take the room because it was already late for my meeting I raised request on cancelling the property and refund the money Worst service the z express hotel
