One of the worst hotel they didn't gave the stay at their hotel they shifted us to another hotel where we have to wait for one hour to get the room. The manager of roxy is also very rude and said I didn't asked u to book my hotel. One of the worst hotel manager I have ever seen they don't care abt their customers. Plz be careful while booking this hotel

staff is not supportive... they took more time to understand online booking. firstly they not accepted booking and say go. we have no rooms. but after 2 hours he give me a room but another hotel
