What a pleasant experience to stay in Royal Hameed! Owner and every staff are very friendly and always ready to help. They are like our family members. I must recommend every tourist to stay here. This is a wonderful place. Initially I booked for one day but after staying here I extended my booking for next four days here. we, three families stay here and feel that we are at our own house. The food of this hotel resturant is very tasty and cheap compared to other resturant. If I visit Kashmir again, I must book Hotel Royal Hameed.

due to land slide we reached at hotel at 1am.Hotel manager booked my rooms to another customers. when I reached there with my family of 7 , they told me to go at another property at that such cold and windy night at that time. how he can give my rooms to others. For which I had completely payed. after so much request he give me dirty rooms with no toilet in one room. he talked to me rudely. no parking . no toilet and bath room in my room.

I went to 'Royal Hamid' Hotel on 18th March. As soon as he left, a person named' Amar Sheikh' said that there would be no room in this hotel. When asked the reason, he said that the room is being painted. And behaves very badly with family. The worst hotel, everyone should try to avoide.Instead, he gave me a bad room with no facilities,

The light gets cut off after every half an hour and as a result the heater doesnt works. You can book this hotel if you are immune to cold. PS the staff and helpers were helpful but all in vain due to light cuts. If the hotel invests in some good generator then it would really be a nice place to stay.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND AMBIENCE. IT WAS EXTREMELY COLD IN HOTEL. NO ROOM HEATER NO BUKHARI. ONLY ELECTRIC BLANKET WAS THERE. EXTREME PROBLEM OF ELECTRICITY. MOST OF THE TIME THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY. I RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY THERE IN WINTERS. MY FAMILY WAS FEELING EXTREME COLD. NOT TO STAY THERE.

Electricity is not stable, poor backup only for lights and not even for fan, in house restaurant is not worth the money we paid, overall below average experience 😒 Very poor, A/C was not working in this hot weather...disappointed 😒

Best hospitality by all staff and owners, all were very polite and humble. Room was neet and clean and at good location. They also help us to get rental bike/car at very affordable prices. Highly recommended to everyone!!

This is a good budget hotel in front of dal lake. Staff are very helpful and polite. There is a pure veg restaurant as well on the ground floor which serves really nice food.
