Decent stay, but not so Royal. Cleanliness was great. Our Checkin time was at 12 pm but we were given checkin at 1 pm, person on the reception was rude. Other staffs were friendly. It was like an Old classic style hotel. They have made some new rooms for which you have climb a bit, which we disliked. Then up there, there were Cars parked from which drivers were staring whenever we opened our doors or tried to explorer outside. One more thing, If you go to market or Mall road, then while returning you have to climb a lot to reach the hotel. Which was very tiring. We felt lack of privacy due to cars parked outside rooms, from which drivers were staring us.

hotel is good but at reception behaviour is not good at all. tarrif is too high as comparison to facility available. rooms are good and clean. shower were not working in our washroom.
