Royal Park

It was bad.. First of all the hotel doesn't have car parking. My new vehicle was on the road all times. I booked a suites room but it was offered a smaller deluxe room which was inconvenient for 4 of us. Later upon talking to the hotel front desk guy, it was changed after an hour time. It that time I was roaming upstairs and downstairs for telling and showcasing the booking. The bathroom was so narrow and smelling badly all times. Service guy put some room spray, it didn't go anytime. I had to bear with that including my family all these days. No food service and other services available like other standard hotels. Good thing is, room was just ok in size including cots and mattress .

there is no food service in the hotel you can order.there is no deep freezing in the hotel . other than everything is good .They have their privacy and the silence so they can get their peace and the main thing is the connectivity near matro station which help you to travel some miles in just some minutes

at the hotel in the registration book they mentioned our room no as 211, but the next day when we checked out we came to know that they gave us a different room. when I confronted the receptionist he was bluffing, i sensed something fishy. kindly take this as a sensitive issue.

Worst of Worst of Service I ever had in my Travel... Least bothered Receptionist and house keeping.. Very bad experience I ever had... I request management to Appoint matured and Responsible persons in Frontend..
