I had a disappointing experience at my recent Royalmundropalace homestay booking. Although the homestay itself was good, there were several issues that arose during my stay.I had booked an air-conditioned room for three adults and one child, but when I arrived at 10:00 pm, I was unsure about the surroundings. To my surprise, the owner gave me a room on the first floor but didn't assist me with my luggage.When I clarified about the room type, they confirmed that I had indeed booked an air-conditioned room. However, the owner still didn't cooperate and demanded extra payment for the air conditioner usage. Moreover, I was asked to pay for an extra mattress, which I had already paid for.Unfortunately, Employees was unhelpful and rude. Their employees didn't seem to care about resolving my issues, and I was charged extra for every small thing.Overall, my experience was marred by poor communication, uncooperative staff, and extra charges.

It was a very pleasant place right in front of canal. The host was really nice person and we loved their home food and hospitality. The room was clean and well maintained. For canoeing as well you can connect with him and he’ll help you with it.

A very nice and cozy homestay right beside the backwater. The food here is very tasty. The boat ride is arranged by the homestay and it was a breathtaking ride. I think this is the best stay Munroe island can offer
