The best thing about Rutubandha is a peace. A perfect destination for a holiday and 7kms away from Mahabaleshwar Bazar which actually a good thing. You can spend a good time with your buddies and gangs. The service of these guys are very prompt and quick. They offer Maharashtrian food as well (made in their home - beside the bungalow) with a super quality. Huge open space and excellent co-operation by managers/owners. Withing 7kms you can cover a waterfall and Ganesh mandir as well. Visit and enjoy your holidays :)

I stayed at this amazing destination on 7,8 & 9 December with my wife and 2 kids. It's an ideal place for family small or big if you like peace and have the love for nature. Amazing view from the room ample place to relax garden for kids to play. Very friendly owner and the care takers quick service for everything from cleaning to ordering food. I would recommend this place for all types of families it's worth every penny.

Hotel is awesome, I enjoyed my stay for one day with my family but i want to stay more because hotel is very nice. Hotel is in very nice place and the view from rooms is very beautiful. Hotel is machutar which 3 kms from lingmala waterfall. Staff of the hotel is very nice and polite. Food is also very nice. Room is cleaned and well maintained. Perfect place for family and couples.

It is an amazing home stay few km away from Mahabaleshwar.. perfect place to stay with family and friends. ample parking.. mind blowing home made food.. I recommend to call and ask owner if you want some special food items.. they have gas geyser so hot water is not an issue.. clean bed .. and forest view.. also remember to take some munchies and snacks along..

It's great Bungalow at a great location. One should really stay here when they have a group of friends. Owner is also descent. A thumps up. I would definitely stay here again when i plan to visit Mahabaleshwar. The only problem i faced is: you can not find this place without Google Maps and you will get limited networks like Airtel, Idea and BSNL.

You need to pre-inform for food. Breakfast not included in tariff. No TV in individual rooms. No locks on doors. Towels were not of good quality, at first we were just given 1 towel per room. Overall a very basic hotel but overpriced. The location is peaceful, but lack of such basic amenities make the experience poor.

i have mixed experience.. the plAce is silent.. suggest for those who wana enjoy peace.. and don't wana party.. the landscape is very nice.. and the place is in lap of nature and the way passes through deep jungle.. dnt expect much in food n drinks.. no amenties.. it is good for family people..

I stayed in this bunglow in june 2nd week. As rains were starting weather was pleasent. Food service is good. Rooms are clean. It is good for couple or family. To reach here you should have car/cab with you. It is in remote area and public transport is not available.

Owner cancelled our booking..... reason he told was the property is under renovation, however the real reason for cancellation was price difference..... Goibibo Team also closed my query and the response was unsatisfactory.

it is not a hotel but it's home. staff is very good. home made food is very good. only drawback is network is not available and if you have not your own vehicle then it is not preferable. over all it is good.
