the hotel is good and at a prime location near Charbagh railway station and staff is very polite when I visited the some construction work was happening in the nearby room so basically there improving their rooms and upgrading the class. the hotel was neat and clean and affordable as well the elevator services available and also the room service is very good

I had a good stay at Hotel SP International in Lucknow. The rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. Big thanks to Mahi at the reception. She was very kind and made check-in easy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay near the Charbagh railway station.

Behaviour of staff was very helpful and responsive. My checkout was at 6AM but they allow me to stay till 12 noon without any extra charge. Room hygiene was a concern but they immediately changed my room. Overall it was good experience in this hotel👍🏻
