S2L is by far the worst experience I have had in my all my travel. I reached Element One Mall at 8:30PM and nobody had a clue on what S2L is. After calling the number provided, they kept asking me to take the service lift but cudnt tell me where the lift was. Finally I figured that one had to go to Regenta Suites entrance and take the lift from there. Then comes the best part. The caretaker just takes me to my room. No check in, no identity check, nothing. Any random person cud walk in and just squat. Zero security. After moving into the room, I saw that it was dusty, not cleaned, toilet had yellow stains, pillow cover torn and 1 towel, no bathroom amenities. After creating some noise about the cleanliness, the man poured water into the toilet and said "saaf toh hai". After I told him to provide me the brush, I will clean myself, is when he attempted to clean it. Finally they gave us another room that was cleaner thankfully. The beds were decent and comfortable. For towels, after repeatedly asking for an extra one (we were two guests), they gave us a towel that was wet. Next morning, I checked the cabinets for cups for our morning coffee and there were none. Even after requesting for cups, I didnt get any. After an hour, I just gave up. There were plates and bowls provided but were so dusty that one didn't feel like touching them. I finally went to the grocery store in front and got disposable cups and plates. Even though we asked the caretaker to clean the room, the room was not touched by anyone. The balcony had a rack which obviously was not cleaned and the balcony was dusty and filthy, as a result we had to dry our towels by opening the cupboard doors and hanging them on the door. Tanmay (customer experience manager) tried his best to make us feel better by sending us a plant as an apology, which we appreciate, but the experience had already been ruined. Overall the place cannot be called Luxury from any angle. It is a low grade, dirty, falling apart, no maintenance place. Stay there at your own risk. BTW, I don't think anyone even knows that we checked out, coz there was nobody to handover the keys to. Since we had to travel ahead, we just left at 6:30 in the morning shutting the door behind us.
Rooms are decent and good. Service is a major issue. It’s a service apartment and the caretaker comes only once or twice a day. The balcony sliding door was broken and it was a task to open and shut. Microwave didn’t work, we asked but it never got changed. We had to repeatedly remind and ask for fresh towels and water bottles which is something unsaid and should be done. There’s no reception or any attendant there who could assist/guide when you need them instantly. You have to call the person and if it’s important, only then he comes. For housekeeping, you have to call and inform the caretaker every day. If you forget due to some work or anything, it doesn’t happen. This is because there’s no reception or attendant available there. The rugs and floor mats were dirty too. You need to carry your own toiletries. It’s an average place. Overall neutral feelings. Given an option, I would definitely pick up something else over this primarily because of unavailability of the host/attendant/caretaker.
The check-in and check-out process was pathetic. You have two hotel in the same building i.e. Reganta Suites and SL2. SL2 do not have any reception. You have to call on the given number and after 35 to 45 min they will provide a room. Secondly the premises is very noisy and you cant sleep because everynow and there some or other person will keep banging the door , cleaner will speak on a high volume, downstair they have a restaurant and pub which is very noisy. For Checkout i have to call multiple time to whom to handover the key so that i can leave. I was having a flight at 9 AM so i was trying their cellphone since 6 PM but no response after multiple calls. Finally i called them at 7:45 AM and someone picked up the call and said please lock the room and keep the key hanging on the door. If this is informed earlier i would have check-out early. The bathroom is cramped and you cant move. Rest the room and bathroom were clean.
Earlier when I stayed to S2L luxury studio, I did not face any issue. This time they provided me the room which they might be using as an office or they may have given it to someone as an office space. There was an office board of some advocate outside the room. Room was partitioned with glass for office and sleeping area. Usually they provide induction for cooking and electric kettle. But , this time induction was not there and electrical kettle was also broken. I called the owner multiple times to change the room but he did not pick my call. I had no other option but to stay in that room with my wife and 9 month old baby because I checked in late due to some personal reasons and I could not book any other room at that time. So it was very bad experience for me.
In whole Gurgaon this was the worst option to stay don't stay there after just looking at the ratings that's the only thing my biggest mistake was worst service end level of unhygienic rooms poor service even don't think twice thrice just think to put your money in a good option👎🏻I don't have words to describe the conditions of room be aware in this COVID safety time they don't think for your safety but it's your duty to protect yourself from this kind of property🤮
This is what I found on their as I checked into a room at this property at 10PM. Disgusting 🤢 Also, their washrooms and the floor, including Sofa and mat look very old, torn out and dirty. Never coming here again. Not recommended at all.
very bad experience of staff.... They don't have iron for clothes in case of emergency.... staff have so many excuses for all the questions.... Place is nice even location but they don't take seriously guests
The stay was good. Room is well equipped and beautifully designed. The tv was not working in our room , which took some time to be fixed. Other than that, the services were upto the mark.
I did not get a check in hotel. Reception said it is a fake booking... please refund my money back. You are a fraud
