totally misleading advt. ==>they said free early check in ads but they charged rs. 300 for that .. ==> they said AC in ads but at the check out time, they asked for extra money.. ==> check in time is 12:00 but they allow me at 1:00 ==> washroom is too much dirty and no housekeeping is there..at 1:00 pm , they arrange a housekeeper.. ==> no front desk help ..if you want any help, no One on front desk to attend you ... I was felt fully insulted infront of my guest who is coming with me ...now my guest get many words to torcher me whole life .. fully pathetic and money minded people

Hi, I am Pranab Dutta, I booked hotel(sai guest house, kolkata) I booked deluxe room for 2 days at but I got a 100 sq ft room with a dirty toilet. Is it a deluxe room? The ph no shows on booking is not valid. I came here for my father operation and I am in great trouble so I have to stay one night at the room. Now I leave the hotel and get back my money refund. Because this kind of room one can get at just 300. I shared my very bad experience with your dirty, small size, uncleaned room, bed, and toilet.

Available at affordable price but they charge ₹200/- extra for early check-in. Otherwise the service was good. Bathroom was very dirty but when contacted to the manager it was cleaned. Food was not cheap. If you can manage staying at some distance away from the heart of the city, you can consider this hotel. Auto upto sealdah is available from 800m away from the hotel at ₹17.

Very bad experience. Deluxe house looks like an ordinary house. who doesn't like anything. There is no TV or AC in the house. There is a deluxe house on the side, the walls are falling down. null of you will book this hotel.Again, there is no extra money for check-in in the morning.In a word, very bad hotels and hotel houses.

bare minimum budget stay at cheap price. Lunch/Dinner available in house. Good place for stay near Apollo Hospitals, Kolkata if you have someone admitted to the hospital.
