The experience has been horrible & pathetic. I will not stay here ever again nor advise anyone to do so. The hotel has terrible management, I had booked & paid the fare already still I was not allocated the room saying the hotel was over booked. After waiting for an hour I was allocated room in a property 3 kms away without reimbursing my cab charges. The food was pathetic & tasteless with only 3-4 options in buffet breakfast. No toiletries or tissue in washroom. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I would request everyone to never book this property.

Not Recommended: Okaish Stay. Dont get fooled by the photos. The property does look like the photos but have issues of its own. I had seepage smell in the room. The Cleanliness of the room was below Par. Overall I wont rate this stay more than 2 star. Staff is Okaish too. Not too responsive, they just want a positive 5 star feedback from you every time you check out I was charged for Mineral Bottle even when I never got one. It wasn't a big deal, so i paid but simply raises the questions on Dealing.

I am frequent traveller & staying around 10 to 12 days per month in Hotels. I would like to share that I have never seen such pathetic & unprofessional hotel in my life. Room was not as per specifications. Towels & pillow covers were dirty. Bed sheet was burnt.Hotel staff was totally unprofessional & rude. Total 2-3 person are managing all the show. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

horrible experience. at the time of checkout their system was showing incorrect food prices but they started arguing on the price. customer receptionist behaviour was rude and he was not ready to accept the system fault. lateron i got a call from receptionist that it was sytem fault. but while checkout they were saying we will not allow checkout. zero rating.

So when I reached , the rooms were getting cleaned up ..I saw that all the tools used for cleaning washroom commode and dusting/wiping cloth are same as room floor , seating area, table etc ..this is horrible .. the place is very unhygenic and need thorough inspection ..they made sure that the rooms appear clean.. but not in a hygienic way ..

My experience was not good. The phone was not working so I had to come down to reception. They said they will change the phone wire but it wasn't done. Next day morning, when I was going to take a shower, I found that the body wash and shampoo were not filled. Also, I got only hot water regardless of how I placed the tap knob.

I enjoyed my stay at hotel Saltstayz corporate biz. Hotel is located in the heart of gurgaon, hotel ambience is amazing, rooms are very spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. I will surely come again. Located centrally and reachable to all metro station and markets.

bad experience. old property. the room doesn't look like pictures posted here on goibibo listed. no lamps/paintings/extra furniture available in the room. had to ask for bathing towels, drinking water and basic amenities after check in. overall a bad experience.

average. location is ok. the rooms are spacious. the kitchen closes at 10:00 pm . you will not get anything after 10 not even cutlery. the bathroom dod not have shampoo and bodywash. had to ask to get it. the staff was ok.

it was total disappointed...I have booked suites but no facility as per suits....complementary 2hr late check-out, complementary laundry, and food order discount but at hotel he refused to provide me above complementary.

If you are looking for just a roof u can book this hotel dont expect any facilities here. Their beds are broken. Bedsheets and blankets seems like 100years old, full of stains.

Rooms not as per booked, but ok hotel doesn't have tandoori items in food and when ordered from swiggy hotel mentioned outside food is not allowed.
